These terms govern your use of BreachHunter (https://breach-hunter.onrender.com), operated by Ingenious AI, Orange Walk Town, Belize ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

BreachHunter provides read-only website security assessments: reconnaissance, open-port checks, TLS analysis, web security auditing, and directory discovery, summarized as a 0–100 score with fix guidance. The service performs assessment only — it does not exploit vulnerabilities.

Authorized targets only

You may only scan targets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Scanning systems without authorization may be illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts used to scan targets without apparent authorization, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities regarding misuse.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for systems you own or are authorized to assess.
• Do not abuse, overload, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, or its licensing.
• Do not resell or redistribute access without written permission.
• Do not use scan results to attack third-party systems.

Accounts and license keys

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license keys confidential, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Plans & billing

A free tier is included. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are one-time purchases unlocked with a license key, as described on the pricing page. Because paid plans are delivered as license keys for digital access, refunds are handled case by case — contact avilanatanael640@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if something is wrong and we will make it right.

Scan results are informational and do not constitute legal, compliance, or insurance advice. No scanner finds every vulnerability — a clean score does not mean a system is secure. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
