If a scan isn't working, include your account email, the target you tried to scan (only targets you own or are authorized to test), and the approximate time of the scan. Scan reports from the last 12 months are available to help us investigate.

Billing & license keys

Pro and Team plans are delivered as license keys. If you purchased a key and it doesn't activate, email us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
